How long does it take to build a course? Do I need to have experience?

You don’t need any experience to build a course with Coassemble! It’s really easy and anyone can do it, whether you’re just starting out or you're an online training pro.

What File types/formats can I upload into my Coassemble Course?

Coassemble supports all modern multi-media including (but not limited to) powerpoints, PDFs, images, videos and even audio!

Can I create and deliver content externally from my organization?

Our customers use Coassemble to train their team internally, but also externally.

You may be a consultant looking to share content with clients or a business improving on their customer experience - we can do it all!

Does Coassemble have a course library of pre-made content?

Nope! Our course builder is so easy to use that you’ll be able to create a bespoke course in just minutes.

We do have a small range of course templates that you can use to get your training started.

Can I test my learners?

Coassemble’s course builder includes quiz and assignment modules so that you can test your learners knowledge retention either throughout your course, or at the end.

How is Coassemble different from other tools?

Coassemble is an all-in-one online training platform featuring the world's easiest course-builder with all the features of a standard LMS (learning management system) to ensure engagement and learner tracking.

Our platform is self-serviceable, so you won’t need our help to get set up, but we do have a world-class support team ready to help you if you do need it!

What languages are supported?

There are two sides of our app’s interface - the trainer side and learner side.

Currently, our learner side is available in English (en), German (de), Spanish (es), Portuguese (pt), Dutch (nl), Korean (ko) and French (fr).

Our trainer side user interface is available in English only.

Does Coassemble have a mobile app?

We don’t have an app, as Coassemble is completely mobile responsive!

Our platform is configured to adjust and fit to any screen size, so from an interface perspective, it appears as an app functioning within the browser.

Can I Integrate Coassemble with another software/app/platform?

Coassemble can integrate with your existing tech stack to enhance your online training experience.

We have several options for integrations - via Zapier, webhooks or our API.

Does Coassemble have eCommerce capabilities?

Not natively, but through our third party integrations, you can sell your courses via most eCommerce platforms.

Process/Operational FAQs

What happens if I cancel my account?

If you need to cancel your account, you will not lose any content stored in Coassemble. Your previous courses/reports/data will still be available upon your return.
