Can I lose my content if it’s stored on the cloud?
It’s highly unlikely.
As eCoach is cloud-based, all of your content is stored in real time as you work – that means everything will be there when you log back into your account. The only way your content would be lost would be if our we had problems with our servers, which is why we use highly secure, highly reliable Amazon servers.
