eCoach is currently undergoing a significant design overhaul which
means that some functionality may be slightly different to the descriptions
in our FAQS / knowledge base. If you have a question that you can’t find the
answer to please contact using the chat window (bottom right)

Can we customise our account / Campus?

Yes – eCoach allows you to edit your logo, fonts, and colour schemes across all parts of your Campus (including your login screen). Simply head over to the Account > Customise menu option:

From here you can customise the following components of your eCoach Campus:

  • Logo and Header (including a custom logo for your login page)
  • Course Builder Colours (i.e. the Colour Scheme used for your portal)
  • Course Content Font Size
  • eCoach Lesson Template Colours (e.g. background colours for Lesson Templates)

Along with the option to upload your organisational logo (40px high by 200px wide) and login logo (120px high by 360 px wide), there are 2 default header styles (Dark or Light).

Colour Scheme

Your exact colour scheme can be adjusted to match an existing style guide (or similar) using the colour pickers within the Campus Colours accordion menu. Any changes made will update the colour scheme of both your portal and your LMS. It’s possible to adjust your Campus Colours, and also the default colours used in your Course Templates.

Colour Settings

Note: While this might seem pretty straightforward, it can end up a mess if you’re not working from a colour palette you’ve put some thought into. It’s also a good idea to check the contrast of any colours used. If you’re a paying eCoach customer, the team will happily help you out with creating a colour scheme (it’s something we undertake regularly as part of our eLearning Development Service).

The default font size can be adjusted within the Course Content Font Size. Custom CSS/Less can also be applied – this can be a tad tricky, so if you need a hand updating your schemes (or fonts), please contact – our designers can help create a palette that compliments your organisational branding and colours.

If you’d like to give it a go yourself, here’s an example using Google Fonts that you can follow:

@import ‘’;
body, h1, h2, h3,h4, p, line-header-title, tile-title, h2.topic-text, ng-scope
{ font-family: ‘Roboto’, sans-serif; }
.slide.container #tile-title, .slide.container .alertDescription, .slide.container .alertTitle
{ font-family: ‘Roboto’, sans-serif !important; }
