Account holders on our Growth Plan and above get access to a dedicated account manager, who will provide them with training and onboarding to make sure they get the most out of their eCoach experience, and be available via phone, email and live chat to help troubleshoot any problems.
Larger eCoach accounts get full access to our implementation services. That means we’ll handle integrations with your existing software systems, provide company-wide onboarding, complete all necessary security audits, and even help transfer your existing eLearning resources over to eCoach.
