Can I update my Campus host name / domain?
Yes – from the Account Settings menu (accessed from menu, top right below your name), it’s possible to customise almost every aspect of your Learning Management System.
From the ‘Settings’ area you can change your:
- Campus Name (used to display the name of your Organisation through the eCoach LMS)
- Hostname (used to customise your portal’s unique web address)
We recommend that you don’t change your hostname as it will log out everyone currently using your Campus, including yourself. It’s also possible (but unlikely) that your Users will lose unsaved work – it’s a good idea to give your Users a heads up before making any changes to the hostname.
Both settings can be easily updated and any changes will be updated immediately.
